Petrous Blacksmith - The Grand Bazaar of Ethra VanDalia

I have a new piece from my series of toned paper monsters! Today's monster is the Petrous Blacksmith. Toiling away day and night, it needs no sleep. It needs no rest, and it certainly needs no pay. The Petrous Blacksmith continues to work long after it was ever intended to and very well may never stop. If you need weapons and armor that sturdy and powerful but lack all design or flair, then stop by and purchase from the Petrous Blacksmith...

Monsters Return for Numenera Ninth World Bestuary 2

Got an unexpected delivery in the mail recently from the good folks over at Monte Cook Games. They released the Numenera Ninth World Bestiary 2, and three of the monsters that I did for Numenera: Into the Deep have returned for an encore appearance in their new bestiary. Always lovely to see my monsters in print, and this is actually my first time to see these particular monsters in print. I still have not seen a copy of Numenera: Into the Deep, which was just as good. I am thrilled with how these pieces have been printed in the book. I still have a certain level of concern with how my paintings, especially the traditional ones, will print, and seeing the final printed product puts all of that concern to rest. Enough chatter, here is the cover of the Numenera Ninth World Bestiary 2...

Numenera Ninth World Bestiary 2

I had three monsters return in the Numenera Ninth World Bestiary 2. While I was initially working on them, they did not have names, so I had no idea what they would eventually become. Neat to see how they finally turned out! I present to you the Jybril, Rythcallocer, and the Spiny Scishan. While most of these have already sold, the Rythcallocer painting and the drawings for the rest are still available! Bring on the monsters...

Xandrell Tree - The Grand Bazaar of Ethra VanDalia

I have a new piece from my series of toned paper monsters! Today's monster is the Xandrell Tree. Wandering around the Bazaar looking at all the interesting things that none trees make, the Xandrell Tree enjoys shopping for things it neither needs nor can use. While it was meant to explore the world outside, the Xandrell Tree has never left the Bazaar.

May the 4th be With You

It is May the Forth! While I would usually not be posting here on the blog on a Thursday, I could not let today slip by. Instead of a post going up tomorrow (Revenge of the Fifth) I decided to do it today. Here is a selection of some of Star Wars art that I have done for the Star Games over the last six years. If you are so inclined, a bunch of it is even available for sale! I will get back to my work and I will leave you with a bunch of Star Wars paintings, enjoy!
