Ninja Mountain Podcast #87

Head on over to the Ninja Mountain Podcast where you will find the first interviews from Illuxcon 3 recorded by the world famous Jeremy McHugh. If that was not enough incentive on it's own, the first interview on the episode is with me! I sit down with Jeremy to talk about our experiences at Illuxcon and discuss some of my thoughts on monster and creature design. Fresh from my mouth to your ears! Go have a listen. If you are unfamiliar with Ninja Mountain you are missing out, so get on that.

See you back here tomorrow! Until then...

Pathfinder Companion: Gnomes of Golarion (part #1)

Today I bring you the first of several posts of my work from the recently released Pathfinder Companion: Gnomes of Golarion book released by the good folks at Paizo. First up is a chapter header dealing with Gnome settlements and communities...

Not only was I only one of two artist that worked on all the interior art for this companion book, but the other artist was none other then my friend and fellow artist Jeremy McHugh! I was thrilled to see how well the book turned out and especially happy to see how well our working styles meshed in this book. You can see some of Jeremy's Gnome work HERE. I hope that we have another chance to share the pages in this fashion again soon!

My head is still spinning after yesterday's Daily Deviation over at DeviantArt. At last count I have about 3300 messages and activity alerts to go through (with all that free time I have). Be careful what you wish for!

I have a lot of irons in the fire right now, so there may be a lot of jumping around with the content on the blog in the coming weeks as new projects are released. See you back here on Friday! Until then...

Pathfinder Chronicles: Classic Treasures Revisited

As promised last week here is the first part of some recent work of mine to be released by Paizo. The work posted today and on Wednesday are from the newly released Pathfinder Chronicles: Classic Treasures Revisited. I worked with Sarah Robinson on these late last year and had a BLAST on the chapter opener for the Sphere of Annihilation!

Much like with tentacles, it is hard to go wrong with exploding demons! It is a real honor to share the pages of this book with so many other talented artists. Jeremy McHugh has some real stellar work in it. I think I want to push him down and steal his opener for the Deck of Many Things. ...wait, did I say that out loud?

I will be back here on Wednesday with the rest of the work I did for this book and the Sphere of Annihilation. Until then...
