I am thrilled to announce I  have my new Cackling Prowler AND Cephalid Inkmage artist proofs on my store. These two new cards are from the Foundations expansion just released for Magic the Gathering. It has been a while since I received my proofs this quickly, and I am incredibly pleased about it.
