I think this will be my last one for now (unfortunately). I have gotten busy on some projects and need to focus on them. I had to finish this one up in between some deadlines. I have a forth drawing in the works, but I am not sure when I will be able to get back to it... let alone the list of animal combination I have in my head. I am just thrilled I was able to get three completed! ...though everyone is only allowed one official submission.
That's all for today. I will be back next week with some more surprises and I will let you know when the Mutation Nation challenge goes live over on ArtOrder so you can check out all the other submissions! Until then...

You truly are in your element.. yet another GREAT piece!
ReplyDeleteThanks Scott! Yeah, these things just flow off the stylus. I want to do more... but other things clamor for my attention. I also have some long term thoughts that I really should get to work on... ;)
ReplyDeleteWow, I got that message 3 times.. you must really love me ;)
ReplyDeletelol
Hmmm, long term, sounds intriguing! :D
Yeah, Blogger was doing some really strange stuff on my end and not cooperating for me. I think I got it sussed out now.
ReplyDeleteYeah... at this rate, very long term. But I will share when I eventually can. Hoping that I can get it going and stay with it.
You truly rock dude. This is so cool. It's like I can hear the narrator in one of those nature shows, "Another big customer on the plains is the Anglerphant, don't let his size fool you. This big guy has an appetite for everything little. The unique feature of this fella causes a stir with the insects in the form of a bright light fixed upon his trunk. Like a lure, insects flock to it, then it's lights out! The Anglerphant eats a whopping 32 metric tons of insects a year, making him the biggest exterminator in the world..." ;0)
ReplyDeleteGreat work!!!
HAHA! Gene, that is awesome! :) Pretty much sums it up!
ReplyDeleteGlad you like the piece so much :)
Loving it! A fantastic piece of work :D
ReplyDeleteWoah! Dude this is great, love this one :)
ReplyDeleteOops! I just realized that those "insects" are actually birds. He's bigger than I thought. ;0)
ReplyDeleteThanks everybody! Glad you are all enjoying it! :)
ReplyDeleteGene, there are insects and birds in there... it is not a picky eater ;)
